Forget the Yoruba states where their governors are Christians...they are of face. They are just figure head and have not say in the affairs of their state. Imagine a police officer telling Sanwo-Olu that he can't obey his orders unless the order is coming from Abuja. You can't try that in Rivers State or Delta State.
