I think we should have already highlighted Nigerians problems by now. Why are people so fixated on religion rather than welfare and good governance?.

Had muslim-christian ticket all these years availed you people?. What's this rubbish about Muslim-Muslim ticket Christian-Muslim ticket all about?. Is this parameter for good governance?. What's all the noise all about?.

Some years ago Wike declared Rivers State a Christian state and nobody objected. Even top pastors across the country openly support him. No Governor in Nigeria ever declared his state a Christian or Muslim state except Wike.

Listen people, welfare of Nigerians doesn't lie with the president. Get this face into your scull. The most important elections are local and state because they are close to the people. Federal govt doesn't deal with local issues. So whether Tinubu, Atiku or Obi whoever wins does not change anything in as much your local govt and state govt are not upright.

In the history of Borno State, there is no Governor that has been fair to the Christian Community in this State as much as Governor Kashim Shettima.
I am saying this in the presence of God Almighty and this is nothing but the truth.
Governor Shettima, in the history of Borno, is the only Governor that has sponsored highest number of Christian Pilgrims every year since 2011.

“I am speaking boldly without fear or favour because as CAN Chairman I do not receive salary or kobo from Government or any institution, but the facts need to be told.
This Governor has shown compassion to the Christian Community.”


He added that: “For example, when Gwoza people were driven from their ancestral homes, they fled to Maiduguri, and the Governor personally came to CAN Centre in Jerusalem ward two times in June and July 2014.
He gave N10 million for their upkeep at first instance, but the victims were not many.
By the end of October 2014, the IDPs from Gwoza increased to 42,000 in that camp alone. Governor Shettima came again and gave another N10 million.
He also gave additional N5 million for Christians from Borno who fled to Cameroon to be returned home.

“He gave another N5 million for non-indigenes who fled to Cameroon to come back to Nigeria.”

The clergyman said: “Sincerely speaking as a Christian and a preacher, absolutely I have nothing to fear about Asiwaju’s picking a Muslim as his running mate, because he’s not a religious bigot and I’m happy he has made his mind known to the public in the person of his preferred running mate.

What if Tinubu apply the power of vote buying. If he chooses to give 10,000 naira to everyone who votes for him, don't you think poverty will make some foolish Nigerians sell their votes?

He could also decide to give electoral officials huge money to give fake results. In Nigeria, anything is possible. He did it in the primary. He could do it again.

But I think we should have enough sense by now. Pastors should talk to their congregations and Fathers should talk to their children. We should all be obidient. This is our last chance.

Tinubu wants to use Muslim-Muslim ticket as a bargaining chip to achieve his selfish political agenda but the people who will pay for it are those who don't know anything about politics. This will embolden the islamic terrorists to attack more Christians even as the now politically satisfied Tinubu not asking them to do so. Alao, this Muslim-Muslim ticket will send the message out to terrorist groups like Boko Haram that Nigeria is gradually being accepted as an Islamic state which is what they need to carry out their own agenda of a full-scale jihad war.
