I don’t think there is anything like free shipping especially those AliExpress standard shipping with tracking available as the cost of shipping have been added to the cost of goods
So the is nothing illegal in ordering more than one, and some stores might even give u discount wen u order more than one

Not much. But you can open either a Lesotho or South Africa PayPal account here in Nigeria without the need of VPN.

I stopped using PayPal for now, cause of some of it issues. But if you can carefully use the Lesotho or SA, you will have no issue.
