This land is roughly 1000 sqm, not a regular shape though. The buildings on it is just below 400 sqm.

Any updates on this beautiful project? Oga Spyder, how is the level of the septic tank in this compound compared to the increate flooring? Was the manhole covered by the flooring?

Welcome bro, the increte guys did a very good work, so the septic tank is very level with the rest of the compound floor.

Inside this house some beautiful works are going on, my cabinet maker is busy here..............

You mean from foundation till painting, all materials and workmanship, about 75m in the average, house is so big and complex. Iron reinforcement for the whole house wont be less than 10m in today's money. Very long spans of decking, dropping beams and curling stairs. This house really tasked us, but glad it came out fine.

I will advise you to prepare a modest building plan for the house you want to build, if I continue to throw figures up and down here without clear dimensions of the building you chose, it will amount to guesswork and cannot help you in anyway.

A building plan will narrow down the building costs to a figure close to the actuals. Thanks.

Is this type of screading different from the one done with tiles or mables? Is the material a special type of paint, liquid chemical or paste? I saw Rotecch77 mentioned it in one of his thread, but the naming and method is getting me confused with the screading that was rampant on Nairaland sometime ago.
