I'm not really worried about Ronaldo leaving, but the idea of having only Martial or makeshift Rashford play CF through out next season. If Greenwood was around, it would have been better.

Ronaldo has a big ego.

We all know he can’t perform at an high level week in week out because of his body and age.

Yet he won’t agree to be rested or benched for his own benefit. He threw a tantrum the other day because he was subbed off.

This wouldn’t be a problem if his body could take the toil. But then he can’t and he won’t listen to anyone who says he can’t. It’s pure stubbornness and selfishness.

While on the offensive in a 3-4-3, AWB just has to get the ball to a midfielder and sit back to do his duty because he defends better Dalot.

If our options are AWB or Dalot, I'll go with AWB straight up. For the midfield, I can't form an honest opinion yet, but on paper, a Tom-FDJ-Bruno might interest me. FDJ can bring the ball out of the defense, while Tom does the hard marking.

Let's work with Eriksen and VDB instead of FDJ purely because he's available. It's the same reason CR7 isn't included in the lineup.

he's been at United long enough, earns good wages and been average for most of it. it will be bad if he leaves on a free transfer like Pogba.
Telles and the new guy should compete for the role. Fernandez can replace Telles after a season on loan.

Telles isn't half as good as Shaw as shown by his man u performances. If anything, he should be the one that goes.

Can ETH work on Ellexy AWB?

Short passes at most, maybe average crosses from the wing, nothing pinpoint, no crosses to the CF from the midfield like Shaw. Most definitely no line breaking passes. At most 2 goals in 5 years.

See how accurate most of those passes are even the long ones? Savage has excellent composure mehn, and this is only his second match with the first team.

With McFred there are too many short passes that aren't pinpoint accurate, the receiver gats chase the ball small to recover, or stretch leg too far ... especially when both midfielders are under pressure.

We need a serious upgrade in that RB position. This is the truth, both AWB and Dalot are not good enough, can't even see them starting at any elite club in Europe.

Old or not, Ronaldo is still Ronaldo, cross the ball, square the ball, both feet , anyhow anyhow he is still the best finisher of the ball.

His football actually. From that final season in Tottenham to the years spent at Inter. But it's easy to see past that and think about the few good months he spent at Brentford. But with our luck, it's difficult for me to do that.
