Treat your puppy for worms, buy a good worm expeller and cut it into 3, give him one part served inside eba, watch how he will shit it all out.

its definitely not intestinal intususseption( twisted intestine according to you) cos he would have died within 24 hours. Take him to a proper vet cos ascitis(which is what he has) is just a symptom. Stop the eba and other household food you are feeding him and place him on just dog dry food and wet food. Your vet should know what to do.
