He will step down and the strike issue will be resolved immediately. The APC presidential candidate will take credit for that. It's all part of the campaign strategy. Poor students.

Meanwhile it's not ngige fault..

That man is a good man, he only play his roles as directed

Well, that's a bold claim. I don't know if it was started just to favour him. That's very unlikely. I just believe it could have been ended a long time ago but they waited to use it for political points. The same people that will end it now were there when it started and they're going to do the same they could have done months ago.

Well, we can't really tell each person's role anymore. Our politicians are just like secret cult members and we're observing and speculating from the outside.

Interesting, these lecturer wants there salary to be running while they sit at home and the students suffers. I like Ngige for activating the no work no pay policy. The sad truth is that the lecturers will still tell the federal government to pay them the months they stayed at home. Its a sad something
goat..this is a public forum..assu sannu have not received salary since the strike started...always get ur facts right before disgracing urself

Be careful of involving a short
man in anything...

He always feels he should have his
way, if not his inferiority complex tells
him he is being looked down on, due
to his height..

I just hope that in resolving this ASUU strike , steps must be taken to ensure there is no room for this every six six months strike in the near future because is becoming a national embarrassment.
Secondly, one hopes that by the time final agreement is reached especially on salaries, other institutions who have not necessarily gone on strike to press their demands will be carried along. Talking about the polytecnics, colleges of education, both federal and state schools so that no one is left behind.

ASUU has also blamed Mr Ngige for allegedly constituting clog in the wheel of the progress of the negotiation towards addressing the crisis.

Buhari confused fool should also step down as President
Ngige should have been sacked 2016, After how many years of back and forth with ASUU , with less than 10 months for Buhari tenure to come to an end, Buhari is now asking Ngige to step down from the negotiation.
What a foolish man Buhari is.

No matter what He's better than your father and generation s to come....

At the end, the solution is simple.

Make universities autonomous...so that they can do two things.

1.Set up their payment system, eg UTAS

2. Raise fees for extra funding.

But the government and ASUU are scared of doing that...meanwhile, unless someone can find about 1 trillion naira in extra funding (my estimate) for education alone this year, government cannot find money to fund ASUU.

unfortunately universities cannot run autonomously ..that will make them private university in every way

The money spent on Daura (Nigeria) - Maradi (Niger Republic) metro line would have gone a long way.

Removing the Short devil Ngige the best thing that will happen to ongoing negotiation between FBN and ASUU.
Information has it that before his withdrawal from presidential race of APC primary, reconciliation was almost a done deal.
The short man is an evil that needed to have been done away with long ago.

Lol everyone is scared of market forces. They will have to face their customer the students instead of shaking down the tax payers every year. Meanwhile everyone saying government pay dont want a tax increase and won't tell you where to make cuts in the budget.

If you check my earlier comments you'll see that I've stated clearly that Ngige is the major problem of the lingering ASUU strike, that man and his ministry spew too much bullshit, Pres. Buhari shouldn't only tell him to step down infact he should be fired too much nonsense.
