Well, that's a bold claim. I don't know if it was started just to favour him. That's very unlikely. I just believe it could have been ended a long time ago but they waited to use it for political points. I just hope that in resolving this ASUU strike , steps must be taken to ensure there is no room for this every six six months strike in the near future because is becoming a national embarrassment.
Secondly, one hopes that by the time final agreement is reached especially on salaries, other institutions who have not necessarily gone on strike to press their demands will be carried along. Talking about the polytecnics, colleges of education, both federal and state schools so that no one is left behind.
