I first packed the rice, dry fish and fresh pepper into the pot and left it until it was almost done.

Then I added the tomatos, onions and panla fish that I stir-fried earlier to the rice and allowed the rice to dry properly.

Voila!

It's ready and served!

I used honey beans for this one.
I cooked it until it became really really soft, then I mashed it with omorogun , until it became quite thick and almost smooth (I didn't want it totally smooth).

Then for the pepper sauce, I used fresh tasting light palm oil, onions, ata gbigbe and a little bit of salt. (the taste wasn't disappointing at all)

This one na correct concoction rice. Everything should be done in 20 minutes before the Sapa hold you down.

Thank you Mariangeles, l fit reason this ewa agoyin tomorrow. Use pressure pot and bring the beans to obedience and then fry the sauce
