He didn’t ruin the club.

The English mafia in the team went to report him to the Glazers that the pressing system he implemented would cause them short/long term injuries.

The Glazers took the players side. After that first game, the gengenpressing stopped and the dressing room was divided.

Maguire led the English faction, Ronaldo(who was appalled at the low level standard tolerated by the Glazers) led the foreign players faction.

What could Rangnick have done? The owners simply gave up the entire season because liabilities like Maguire and Shaw couldn’t be bothered to implement high intensity games.

I don’t know. I only watched him in the UCL and the pace their is different. And the quality of the Dutch League is too low anyway to use as a reliable yardstick.

Depay had more hype and we have seen it didn’t really go according to expectations in all his subsequent clubs

After his first full season I wanted him out but I could not join OleOut cos they reduced every argument to Ole is rubbish and the players are fantastic.

And I couldn’t join OleIn as they kept defending him in every situation even when it was obvious that he couldn’t do his job. It was the training sessions videos that first convinced me Ole was clueless not even the results or performances.

I believe the reason we didn't win anything under Ole wasn't because he wasn't a good manager or because the team wasn't good enough. I think the reason is because Ole doesn't know how to impose a strong winning mentality into his team, the mentality is also as important as the footballing ability. If Mourinho was the one incharge and brought United close to all those cup trophies he would have won at least 2.

Lindelof also plays at RB. he has decent pace and enough sense going forward.
Bailly is also a player who can compete for the RB role if he stays fit.

I am not an extremist and didn't like the vitriol coming out of OleOut camp. Many OleOutters stopped being logical and blamed the man for any and every thing. We were hearing things like AWB was great but Ole just didn't know how to use him, McTom and Fred were great, our squad was as good if not better than City's squad and other mind boggling statements.

I also didn't gel with the OleInners who kept the defending him like the guy who just posted on this page saying Ole wasn't bad manager but didn't just know how to impose winning mentality. How do you reason with such a person?

I sat on the fence and when OleInners tried to join me there i joined the Decking Boys. cheesy

Jorginho isn't aggressive, Lindelof is an excellent tackler but a great passer. he always sights rashford but the werey dey waste chance.
