But we haven't really played against opponents that press very high, so it's a bit premature to trust how well Fred can handle those pressures. But he did very well today esp the first half.

I trust VDB will adapt but we still need more buys

I didn't like the line up for the 2nd half. ETH should have played Garner and Iqbal as a double pivot with Hannibal at 10 and used Garnacho on the left with Elanga up front.

That way Hannibal gets minutes in one of his preferred positions and Garnacho also gets minutes PLUS i think we would have had better control in midfield. Playing Telles in midfield was just a waste of learning time for the youths and he didn't give a good performance anyway. .

That's what everybody is telling ETH, the spine of our team is weak, we need to buy physical players in the middle of the pack. Ragnick said it, Mourinho said it, Everybody that has eyes can see it, sadly he is not listening.

I think we should have done the Neves deal earlier irrespective of de Jong outcome.

I will be ok with the man u squad if we sign either Anthony or de jong. But de jong is not coming let sign neves

The way I see it, there's no or. We need at least one new midfielder and one new winger going into the new season. If not the squad will be too light in the middle and attack. We currently don't have a substitute for Sancho/Rashford. Also if Fred needs to rest, I don't see any senior player that's going to step up
