The majority shareholder as at today in Julius Berger is Mike Adenuga of Globacom. Bilinger Berger has been selling all it's shares. So "technically" it's a now Nigerian company

Julius Berger left Germany to Nigeria and started on their own and developed capacity,showed reliability and gained massive trust before the Nigerian States found it attractive and profitable enough to be a great investment for their state.
No one buys a stake in a company with no numbers to back the investments up either as a good one or not.
And numbers don't just fall from the sky,it takes years to develop them and as a catalogue of work done and value the company has created as track record.
Why don't you build your own construction company that state governments will find it attractive to invest in?
Or you think JB pioneers were sleeping in their houses before states came to invest in them?
