It's official!
South Africa defeated Morocco to win their first ever AWCON. A big shame on CAF, Morocco and the North Africa in general. Thank God their 'win by crook' tactics didn't work. I saw the referee signalling the 4th official to add 4 mins extra time but na 9 minutes we saw on the board even when there was not any lengthy stoppage during the match. I repeat, a big shame on them.

Even though, South Africa is our rival but I'm happy for them.....football won today.
You're not the only one, they have worked very hard for it. It's been long there have been striving to win this trophy and am very happy it paid off.

I will also like to see Cameroon win it in the next four six years. I'm rooting for them congrat South Africa.

Yea.... And may no North African team win it in the next 100 years. Bunch of cheats.

I've been looking at the results of the Super Falcons against African opposition over the years and I noticed a disturbing trend.

Once the Super Falcons go behind, they hardly recover.

All their losses against African opposition is because they went behind first.

They hardly win from a losing position.

Tho they hardly lose from a winning position.

Relax its not. We have young players under 25 all over Europe and in our academies and youth in nigeria.
With time they will mature and get there. Our talent development is working so calm down it rakes time.
We have solved the problem ffom the root with tome the tree woll grow.
Okey there is victor eletu in ac milan youth team and danuel francis in bayern youth team.
The most important thing is to find talent from the grassroots and at least our academies and youth teams are doing that. The next thing we have to do is develop our local league.
Besides our foreign borns are still there. Calvin bassey can win it one day and among our home grown talents Victor Osimhen is commming close to it

100 percent true.

The players winning this award are in their late 20s or 30s.

But all our best players are under 25. So there's time to dominate.

But it was an honest mistake.

Fantastic. The nordish league is a talent developer for Nigerians and africans.
They are honest and sincere about developing black players andbselling them to the major leagues of Europe.
They fill a hole npfl is not filling

Kels needs to go beyond average. Kels is like a student that has the ability to get 90% but he settles for 50% because of his attitude. He is a 2nd class lower student when he can be a first class student. There us a book called the enemy called average.
He may rrmain average if he does not work in himself.
He needs 3 seasons of scoring 20 goals each season and an ahmed musa like perfomance in the world cup to win afcon pkayer of the year. If not he will remain average.
