Did ASUU go on strike for over 6 months under his watch? If he couldn’t prevent local ASUU from going on strike for over 6 months in Anambra state, how will he resolve the problem of ASUU on a national scale?

National ASUU is currently on strike and their demand is not about salary increment. So, if Obi’s only solution to ASUU problem is to increase salary, it’s obvious then that he’s not the right guy for the job as ASUU demands are far more than salary increment.
why you for the job didn't resolved asu matter since how many months now ?

Who’s the heartless one please? The one that advocated for 60% of new salaries or the one advocating for outright sack of 788 breadwinners? Abi does heartlessness have another meaning in your own dictionary?
Lagos paid around 70-75% of the new salaries. Get ur facts right
So if Peter obi win now, you will justify 2 years strike by doctors at the expense of the sick dying masses

Obi played his part but Professors kept on asking for more.
Based on that your logic Buhari has played his part too na, is ASUU that is asking for more and not taking what government is giving.. Yeye dey smell

That’s exactly my point. ASUU strikes are more complicated than limiting it to salary increment. That ASUU refused to call off the strike despite the increment is a good indication that Peter Obi lacked the basic understanding of what the problems were all about.

At national level, ASUU demands even gets more complicated. If Obi becomes president, I see ASUU going on strike for over a year. We must do everything to dodge this Obi bullet.
keep deceiving urself.. ur points are so useless u want to force it on us all. I repeat, keep deceiving urself. U think a corrupt and old Tinubu is the right person to solve our problems, go and tell that to the kids in KG. Tinubu was Generating over 130 billion naira annually as a Governor, yet he borrowed UpTo 532 billion naira, and still borrowed UpTo $143 million dollars.. he embezzled all and never payed bank. The debt is still in Lagos state pocket.. He is the one that told us lies that Buhari will do this and that.. £1 to #1, #60 for litre of fuel, 30k for unemployed youths, constant electricity within 6 month.. OGA u should be ashamed of urself and ur family

Because it.is not your own 6 months.

Other states worked, why should Anambra be different?

In the same vein, this present nationwide strike by ASUU should.be supported since it would be the last.
what about now he fixed the issue once and for all, others are still on strike but the problem he solve made The school to forget about strike

After 6 months.

Can the students recover the 6 months lost?

Is it a sin for the students to have chosen Anambra state to further their education?
And elders of the state had to intervene before he did an un-gazetted salary increase. Which the ASUU of course rejected, because any increase thats not gazetted as part of condition of service can be revoked and removed anytime. As quick as after a month of payment.

Nigerians should just open their eyes and mind. All this social media buzz is fake, Obi is also a typical Nigerian politician, wicked, unconcerned and greedy. The fact that he is younger does not make him better.

The Pandora papers are no longer important in the eyes of those projecting him. The fact that he said only death can take him away from APGA and has been to PDP and Labour party is a testament to his insincerity.

As a Nigerian, If tell me any Nigerian politician is a saint, then I take you to be a person of dubious character, a 419 and wicked person that want to steal my vote and give me a future psychological headache. Even a vote buyer is better than you cos they came to me with their true intentions.

All the candidates, Obi,Tinubu and Atiku are all same, with just little differences. We given three Lucifers to vote for, we are only looking for the one thats does not have both horn and tails which will deliver minimal evil in his dealings.

Let no one tell you whom to Vote for. They will be selfish.
Re: Obi Increases Lecturers' Pay To More Than Dep Governor's, ASUU Rejects It (2010) by juman(m): 7:25pm On Jul 24, 2022
He was not a good governor.

"He said, in spite the pressure from the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission, no member of the State Executive Council was earning the salary recommended by the commission because of the lean resources of the state."

He was paying deputy governor less than other states.

"According to him, with what has been agreed upon, lecturers of the university will be earning 80% of what their counterparts in federal universities earn at present."

Yet the amount he agreed to pay the lecturers was still less than their counterparts in federal universities earn that time.

Bro the strike was not about salary increase but a demand for a structure on their terms of service with their employer, Obi was just being smart by half, he refused to address their grievance hence the strike lasted that long. The governor in this post talked about not implementing the then new salary structure put in place by the then fed. govt. cause of lean resources, I don’t get that, he nor gather money day keep and he nor gree pay workers wetin them deserve?

I went through your posts and saw how you blindly support BAT, at a point you were saying either BAT or Atiku is ok urging all Muslims to support Muslim and Muslim ticket so that CAN will know the Muslims outnumber the Christians. You hated Obi just beacause he is a Christian not caring if the country moves forward or not. It's a pity people like you are many here and have PVC.

If Nigeria is bad both the Christians and the Muslims will suffer; Boko Haram, Bandits, kidnappers, UGM and their likes don't ask if you're a Christian or Muslim b4 they strike you.

Use your brain!

I assume you are his accountant general to know this. Bring out the newspapers that reported all this your ogogoro joint statistics biko.

Let's assume, your beer Palour hate filled start is true, Tinubu did not meet any debt on the accounting sheets of Lagos right? A state coming from a military dictator? Continue. And its when Tinubu became Gov was 600 million, don't give us bobo fake news. We owe him an appreciation for working to bringing it to 83 billion before he left office.

As Buhari has failed his campaign promises, you are free to sue him and go and protest before the Aso Rock.

How is that the fault of Tinubu? Is he the one holding the presidential power and chairing the National Executive Council meetings?
You choose not to remember that immediately Buhari came to power, he alienated Tinubu from the Party and corridor of powers, so Tinubu has zero influence on this administration. All you complains should go to Buhari. Leave Tinubu alone. Na only him waka come?

Don't kill or castigate our Tinubu for us like you people did to Awolowo,Abiola MKO, Obasanjo..... We don't need you to vote for them. Vote your obi, we have no problem with that. Thank you

Obi was face to face with ASUU to tackle their problems but what did TINUBU dohuh?

He went to the Students SUG president in Osun State and was asking the student if they need AGbado and cassava to call of the strike.....

Nawaoah.....we have someone who spoke directly with the ASUU body yet we judge him to someone who went to chase one of the girls in Osun State University but noticed that the boyfriend is the SUG president.......

His last option was to have a meeting with the boy on how ASUU can stop strike......lols
