You people are reading the back of your phone. There is no entitlements in this case. The inlaw was presented as an agent to the tranfer of Osimhen to juventus. He signed all necessary documents. The money was transferred into his account. Victor Osimhen used sentiments and scope to collected all the money, and gave him 2.5%. He is now demanding foe his fair share of the deal. Where is the entitlement here?

So exactly what work did the inlaw do? Was he involved in negotiating the transfer deal? Is he the one with the talent that allows such a huge and lucrative transfer? Why does he feel entitled to even $1? The in-law himself acknowledges that he was only brought in because he is family, so as to keep the money/profit within the family. What is he complaining about again?

I think the overriding issue here is that MOST Nigerians also feel entitled to eat "our brother's money". This is why many are siding with the in-law. They see nothing wrong in demanding their "share" from the sweat of other people's brow. No one is required to "take care of his family". If they are suffering, they should go get a job.

Actually, some players don dey change things now. One player did it recently, Toni Kroos son dey run inn own too. They have started representing themselves without agent's input.
Those agents don turn rippers now. All the player needs to do is to work hard, make a name for himself and begin to take care of his own business later. But it's not that easy

einsteine:

He gets a sign on fee.

The intermediary fee is actually not for him and it is against fifa and uefa rules to do what Victor has just done. If it was legal, he would have used himself as the agent.

Which next transfer? This was a deal that happened 2 years ago. If there had been another transfer, you think the sister and inlaw would be crying?

Osimhen ran his inlaw street. There was to be no other tranfer.

So, that Napoli will be his last club? He get another transfer to another club? Let me remind you that Bayern Munchen, FCB and Real Madrid were rumoured to be interested in him.

So, he could move anytime and command another transfer fee. And he will most likely use him again to as demo agent and that time he can have his pound of flesh.

20,000 Euros seems small given the amount of money that entered into his account.

Osimen could have left the 90,000 Euros with him and collect the 500,000 USD instead. Na your sister husband, any blessing wet him give to am, na him sister him Dey bless indirectly.

He presented himself and his bank account for the deal. The whole business itself is 419. Victor Osimhen nor the inlaw was not entitled to anything. Victor Osimhen presented his inlaw as his Nigerian agent. The foreign and Nigerian agents were supposed to share the money. What happens if the foreign agent refused to pay the Nigerian agent his commission? Its still the inlaw that has the right to sue the foreign agent.

In a 419 deal both the person that brought in the client and the person whose account is used have a fair sharing formula.

So basically he was used to launder money and he is complaining that he didn't get paid enough? ok.

To me even £90k is too small. It should have been at least 30/70, which would have been at least £150k

You are one of those that always defend the rich and castigate the poor or vulnerable. Why is it only the poor inlaw you are attacking and find nothing wrong with Osimhen's conduct.

OSIMHEN IS NOT ENTITLED TO $1 OF THAT MONEY. It for the agents that facilitated the transfer.

There was no agreement. Victor gave him that money for fronting for him because he brought him into the deal. Now he’s blackmailing the boy. Victor is still young and at his peak, and could still get transferred with a bigger deal next time, that is when this man should have negotiated better if he felt the money from the Napoli deal was not enough.

Now he has lost that opportunity. What will they now gain from destroying his career. It will be back to square one for all of them.

Hmmn. I feel the brother-in-law is an ungrateful person. Osimhe called you to come and eat. He could have used anybody close to him but he chose you to front for him and gave you a whooping €20k just like that. Just let's call a spade a spade, that man is filled with jealousy and greed mentality.
Na wetin you fit interpret be this? You know wetin agreement be sha, with docs and everything else to prove? The in-law was officially his representative, agreed victor brought him in to help him but why renege on agreement to game him?

That money was his due cut from the deal. He also worked for it. If the white agent got his cut then why not this in-law? Can victor do same to a white guy? And you talk of 20k Euros, he had a lawyer and other people he settled with. And Victor cunningly took the money with a promise to pay his own cut later.

That's all his story.. He's speaking out because the whole family now seem to be against him for asking his own right, you know how the average Nigerian takes sides with a rich person. If they had an official and contractual agreement then Victor should pay up.

One thing i know for sure is Victor is arrogant and rude, he's letting fame and money get to him.

Besides, he was the agent. So the money actually belonged to him.

This is the story.

His original manager in Nigeria had already agreed 2m with William thé foreign agent and Victor told William that those guys were no his manager again, so hé brought in his inlaw telling him that instead of thé Money going out to outsiders, hé should bé thé manager and will bé using thé Money to take care of the family.

But Victor been a badguy wasnt ready to share shishi with anybody, hé set thé inlaw up when thé inlaw started complaining about what hé was seeing (as an Abule Egba person).

Those Nigeria agent have already Taken to CAS in Swiss, but they dont have case against him because normally they were supposed to have signe just 2 Years contract with him according to FIFA's roule but they signed 5 Years.

There is alot to thé story but all and all Victor no bé good person and thé inlaw na MUMU
