Companies asking for 3+ Years experience and age 26 and below. It makes you wonder if they are not aware of the shitty educational system the country has or just feigning ignorance.

I agree. I joined business after my NYSC when no job was forth coming, in the business, I had zero knowledge of it, my both parents are teachers, no one taught me , to the glory of God flourishing till date. Perfectly doing well.

I agree. They must be committed to continued learning after working hours. And there must be signs they are learning. It's not really easy but you have to help someone somehow. They could surprise you at the end. But it's actually like gambling for me sha, but at the same time, the idea that you are helping someone might be everything, but I think it's too risky

We are in need of a developer with the following skills for a project.

1. Degree in computer science, Statistics, or Technology related course

2. Strong organizational and project management skills.

3. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

4. Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python, php) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)

5. Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design.

6. Excellent verbal communication skills.

7. Good problem-solving skills.
