Oga what proof do you need. Tinubu did not deliver any IPP during his tenure he tried to enter discussions with Enron but it failed everyone knows this. The IPPs Fashola did are just Lagos state business and it was a failed venture because apart from streetlights(The case of Marina) and the powering of Govt secretariat, there was no business value in that venture. No commerical business or Residential area patronized it. Enron even became bankrupt two years after 99 and their failure let to the collapse of the foremost consultancy firm Arthur Anderson because they hid the financial health of Enron from US regulators and Investors.

The day I visited Badagry in Lagos, you won't believe that it was a town the white man first settled in Nigeria.
