If you study literature you will understand why the Yorubas inherited music from their ancestors, Igbos are Economist, they have all the credit for that, Yorubas groom and nurture talents, Dance, Singing, Fashion, Painting and Drama.

The Igbos have little or no time for all this. It's a gift, Igbos have more young millionaires in Africa I guess you don't know that, every region have it's gifts so embrace yours and face your destination.

You sound just like those foolish entitled Ghanaians beefing Nigerian music industry. They should go to Aba for what? Because artistes don finish for Lagos abi? The ones that have sense find their way to Lagos to chase recognition. Even the big artistes are strugglling to remain relevant as new talented artistes spring up everyday. You now said they should go to the east to sign igbo artistes. I laugh you in spanish.

There are two things involved.
1. The igbos have created a successful niche in the movie industry. They can focus on that, improve on it till it becomes up to standard with hollywood and establish the industry thereby making us proud as the fore runners.

2. Since you have noticed the gap, take it upon yourself to search for talents in the east and sponsor them to the limelight. Nobody stopped you.

That's not a problem. I do enjoy Flavor and Phyno songs, even this guy Nwaboy. Some of their songs just make you want to shake your waist despite not understanding a thing.
