Some Nigerians are extremists when it comes to support and loyalties to their beloved political candidates.

Some people goes as far as forcing their candidates or party on you, which is very bad.

Some people will stopped talking to you, stopped doing anything or even business with you once they realised you guys are not supporting thr lle same party or candidate.

Some will be bulling and insulting you. While some people condem the candidate or party.

The Fundamental Human Right says: Right to Vote and Be Voted For and the Right to support any political party.


Atiku is corrupt leave his supporters, tinubu is a drug baron let his supporter be, Peter obi has connection with Pandora box, can you just stopped all these.

All these 3 top candidates have their own good and bad sides or history.

So nobody can come here and call anyone a Saint or messiah.

If Atiku is elected he'll try his best, if Tinubu is elected he'll do his very best and if Peter Obi is elected he'll surely deliver.

So why the noise, Buhari failure is not anyone's fault, but his fault. We have given him opportunity and he failed us.

But don't let us forget that somethings are also done Right during this buhari time, but we citizens are not ready to see, we just want to see the fault.

Even if is Atiku, Tinubu or Obi that was elected they can also do the same.

Let anyone support whosoever they want and let's move this country forward.

I believe every candidate have something to offer.

If care is not taken and Nigerians are still doing this same thing and take it enter 2023 Election we'll definitely vote in the wrong person, Bet it.


My one cent though for a better Nigeria

Not only politically but religiously too.

A boss of mine was visibly surprised when I told him in the presence of notable individuals of like minds that I was not in support of his candidate. Man literally looked at me like I was the black sheep. I didn't mind him and it was obvious his respect for me grew. He started minding the way he talked to me with some reservations.

And then again, I wonder why this topic is in the Romance section instead of Politics. Are you trying to force Political views down the throat of Romantic affairs ? Or better put, why do you romance Politics with Romance ?

Technically, you are no different from those whom you tend to correct.

Lots of Nigerians need proper reorientation.

They will rather demarket other candidates instead of campaigning for thier candidates.

At NYSC camp in Yobe State, one night at the Mami market, we were discussing politics and a man asked me who I am supporting, I said I am supporting Atiku Abubakar and the guy selling the food refused to serve me for not supporting Peter Obi, his own candidate.

Two days later, he called me and bought #50 naira satchet water for me and said he was campaigning for Peter Obi.

Most Africans, particularly Nigerians, do not understand the fact that people have rights to their lives and people have their own opinion. When I said something about Atiku, most people will abuse me of being stupid and all that.

When I told my older cousin who has been forcing me to church that I don't believe in his God and forcing me to church is abusing my right to religion, he was disgusted and disappointed. He started talking about hell and I told him that he should stop disturbing my life.

Most people are just literate. They went to school, know how to read and write and gather the grades, but most people are not educated in the true meaning of education.
