The Dahomey Amazon's where actually the bad guys in history they burnt villages ,captured slaves and sold their fellow black man to the Europeans but Hollywood is portraying them as hereos grin angry
Hollywood romanticises history a lot of the times with the use of artistic and historical license for entertainment purposes. Art imitates life, but not all art can make the kind of money they want, especially as real life is often times not colourful or entertaining.

I strongly believe that Black Panther's third act was changed few weeks before the the movie was released

That explains the horrible VFX which looked like PS3 graphics

as a nigerian, i can never understand the celebration of pirates - being that we experience the real thing

Another annoying thing
Must superman also have to change into his suit before carrying out a heroic action
True the suit is his identity but then again the creators should try to make him more flexible and not always needing to change to his suit to do some saving
God knows how many shirt buttons he must have ripped off all in the name of changing to the suit. His glasses as well I'm sure he buys a new pair after every costume change grin grin
Mecka:
I've always wondered, how does superman change into his suit so swiftly without anybody noticing?

dialogue is the words used, the conversations in the movie...
They aren't well written for a spy movie...

Example of great dialogue is in a series is Terminal List...
I've seen where critics express disappointment with the screenplay. Making me to wonder if they read the script of the films.

is this really a question??
Lol...

His suit is his identity, it's an image, a symbol that represents...
It's meant to represent what he stands for...for others to idolize and learn from...
So yes he has to change to his suit

*Sidenote: I'm not a fan of superhero/villain suits but I appreciate what they represent...
I personally would prefer if supernatural characters moved around in casual clothing

The ancient greek theatre of Sophocles, Aeschylus and Euripides never romanticise life. Tragedy was portray as it is. In 472 BC the first greek tragedy by aeschylus was performed. The Persians was performed after surviving destruction

The film looks like a mid-tier flick.

I'm wondering why the budget is 200 million dollars?

Fat paychecks for the actors added to its bloated budget.

It was definitely a good movie.

What boxes are we ticking?
Plot was definitely cliché asf.
Characters were mostly tropey. The only one who did anything surprising was Fitzroy. You could still see his betrayal coming though.
Action scenes served.
Pace was kept fast enough you to stop you from thinking about anything too much.
It was a fun experience, all things considered.
Ok my man...I think 2 school of thought can exist because the movie simply wasn't doing it for me.

"RE: The Hateful Eight" Extended Version (2015)
" The deadliest, bloodiest, and most entertaining game of clue ever played"

Quentin Tarantino created a gem with this one because this had all the perks of a well made movie... The writing was great, the dailogues were top notch, the cast was freaking awesome (special praise to Samuel L Jackson and Walton Goggins, those two delivered a timeless performance), the action was brutal as expected and the visuals were stunning...the blizzard scenes were stunning.

Make no mistake, as fun and hilarious as The Hateful Eight was, it had some serious undertone bordering on the boundaries of race and possibly misogyny in post civil war America wrapped in a classic "Tarantino brand of gooey gore" beautifully crafted into 4 Netflix extended episodes.

Simply put, The Hateful Eight, the Eighth movie by one Quentin Tarantino is truly a masterpiece.

He is without doubt, one of the very best i tell you. I don't think i have seen a flick of his i didn't like. He's a top marksman in the Neo-noir and spaghetti western genre. A testament to his outstanding feats, is his movies been heavily referenced in pop culture history.

He sadly said he is only going to make 10 movies and right now he's at 9.

Most of the "weight" are a result of costume and effect as the plot of the movie ties to it. He plays an obese writer who wants to reconnects with his daughter after falling into depression and binge eating after the death of his gay lover.

He's fat in real life tho, just not that fat, and as in the movie, he actually fell into depression and binge eating after been cancelled by Hollywood.

And the gay agenda continues. Why couldn't the deceased lover have been a woman? Why a man?

This alone has made me lose interest in watching the movie
