If you can remember the exact name, location of where you registered , date of birth on your old PV then you don't need to worry...

Don't ommit any alphabet because your data won't certainly show.... They need the exact info on the old card before you can be able to retrieve your pvc

can I do the registration online first before proceeding to that pulling unit??

You have nothing to worry about. Once the card is ready, you will be notify via email to that effect. Wait till October.

By the time the Permanent Voter Card was ready, they called to inform me from my Local Government in Lagos, but then , I had moved to the North. When i returned to Lagos after the election, my card could not be found both in LG Secretariat and INEC office. Since then till now, I never had PVC and never voted. I tweeted INEC recently,but there was no response from them. How do I get my PVC?

I actually don't work with inec, i just talk base on what i know,....but in Nigeria context, 2010 is a very long time ago, you can do well by going to their office, they will advice you on what to do sir.

All you need to do is to verify the Voter's status on inec website....https://voters.inecnigeria.org/
You will see the polling unit and the local government attached to that card, so if it has been transferred, you will know, atleast it will be showing new location

Back then in 2011,inec have their accreditation center almost every 1kilometers,I still don't know why they will delay pvc for 4 months before giving it out

My application was created in April, and it was like yours until June 21... So, give it time.

My own is that they said that my pvc has been deleted from their data base. Many are having similar issue and were advice to register again. The crowd waiting to be registered is too much and the exercise will end this Sunday. My concern is that why will Inec delete one information from their data base. Honestly, am disappointed, I was thinking that I have a valid pvc unknown to me that it has been deleted. Please if you registered in 2011 please check the status of your pvc. The online registration would have been faster than this physical registration the are doing now. Am sure inec has a bad motive base on the next election. Why will they stop registration so early when the so called election is next year.

I registered in 2011 but couldn't find my details online so I did a new one too

INEC has decided to disenfranchised me and some citizens from voting , I've been trying to transfer from osun state to Lagos since March . The osun state portal is closed till now , which amounts to inability to transfer from that state to any state

Many Of us have experienced a lot of difficulties online while trying to transfer our voter's card from one local government/state to another...

The best and easy solution goes this way....Simply head to any local government around you, request for a form for pvs transfer, fill the exact names, date of birth and the location on the old Pvs... Summit, wait and collect the print out same minute.. It's even easier than getting a new one..

Meanwhile before you toast me ensure you have your PVC.. Don't just be an online noise maker..

Go to Inec website. Sign up with your email address and register with the name on your previous card then request for transfer of your poling unit to where you live now. You will be issued another PVC. They will call you when it's ready and where to pick it up.

Many people are complaining about accessing their site... Meanwhile if you manage to do it online keep your code properly

I don't think you have any problem as long as you received an email acknowledging the successful application.

A friend did his registration in 2018. He was given the papper one, my question is .

1.must he go to the secondary school where he registered then ND collect his plastic id card
2. Or go to his local government inec office.?

He did it at Osupa primary school in ogbomoso.

Although he is living in ogbomoso tll now though.

We are obidient. We die there next year .
