This is the reason why people do things like placing hidden cameras in hotels rooms and get away with it. People make noise ... but do not take the matter to court.... claiming it's a waste of time. How do you know that?... have you ever tried?... do you know anybody that did so?.. or just assuming? People have done so... reported here on NL ... sued and won big.

Even if the system is corrupt.... certain cases... like this one... the system will take verrrry serious and slam the hotelier.... giving the guest whatever he sued for. The judge and thise in position..... are the ones always running to hotels with side chick and whoever ... they would not want to be caught on hidden cameras.... and will come down hard on any hotelier that has hidden cameras in rooms. The judge will take it personally and send a message to all out there. Many things happen because we allow it to... we do not take action .. only make mouth.
