Hello everyone,
Please I have a friend that want's to invite someone to the UK for her graduation. She would like to know if there would be effect on her own side should the person refuses to go back home as agreed. you know the hearts of men can not be known. She has just converted her visa from tier 4 to tier 2. but her agreement with the person is just visit for the graduation. Note that the friend has a good job in Nigeria but anything can happen. my concern is if he decides to jakpa would my friend be held accountable?
Thank you.

From the way the system works here, I dont think he would enjoy living as an illegal immigrant in the uk. No employer of worth will give you a job without a check on your visa status. Hope he know that

Agriculture is not part of the subjects in the secondary school curriculum in UK. She can not be qualified for TRCN without an Education degree.

I think she should look at volunteering or working at any Primary school level in Nigeria, then apply for PGDE( Primary) in UK.
Thanks a lot for your response

Please mate, can I make attempt to get council house for my family of five. they were coming Next weekend to uk, I have tried all possible best to secure house is proved abortive. the house rent is pocket tearing in Birmingham, at this moment what I can afford is below £650 monthly rent. I have been in UK since January 2022 for Msc program. I have spend a lot to secure visa for wife and 3kids. I hope if try and reach to council it would not go against me as public fund. I need elder in the house to advice me of the way out, I am perplexed.

You have no recourse to public funds ........ Council property, is public funds........

When Madam comes, set her loose on the job market..... Or look further than Birmingham for much cheaper accommodation.........

I would have adviced leaving them in Nigeria, but that would be excessively crude and insensitive....... But you don't want them to suffer o ......... Man by himself, can endure ....... With a complete family, e no go easy o .........

Nothing yet, still waiting. I sent an email to my MP yesterday to help me check on my application. The Home office has been contacted by my MP this morning, so I’m waiting for their response.

Hello, any news?

I am considering reapplying and paying for priority service. My application is now over 5 months and the waiting seem unending... when I'm not even applying for ILR.

Hello guys. my trip to Europe by my company will will definitely coincide with my UK Visa application. i was advised to do keep my passport at TLS but when i may be asked to return the passport may be when i am to leave for Europe. The two dates are clashing. . gave a good story and my boss said the trip can be postponed by a week which will still not work for me. How do i politely tell my boss to exempt me from the trip without raising eyebrows. my UK japasynthesis is a secret from the company.

Hello house.

My wife and kids are about to apply for visa as my dependants. My school is in Nottingham while we plan to base them in Kent. We could have filled out my address in Notts but I stay in school hostel and cannot contain a family of 5.

My issues are if we fill in the Kent address, won't UKVI raise questions.? Two, if we fill in my school accommodation address too will it not raise another question, like how can you lot cramp up yourselves in a one-bedder? Lastly if we use my hostel accommodation address and they come in, SOCIAL SERVICE would start breathing down on my neck within a couple of weeks as to why the kids haven't started school. Pls how do I explain to SOCIAL SERVICE they're in school in Kent?

Try BT, they're everywhere like MTN. 27 quid a month or so.
Virgin would be the best option, but they're not everywhere.

Is your employer that bad? No notice period? I think the option suggested earlier would have been better for you especially if your trip won't last more than a week or two. There is no guarantee that they will request your passport almost immediately and even if they do, you can send it to them when you return.
