Please does anyone know of any small NOKIA PHONE still in the market that has a speaking clock feature? I want to know so that I can buy it for my old man that has an eyes challenge.

If you can't find the small Nokia. You can use Google Assistant on Android phones, you just need to enable and configure it.
All he'll need to do is call "okay Google, what's time?" It's just that Data must always be on, it doesn't use so much data though.
I currently have an elderly person with eyes challenge that gets the time that way. Google Assistant can also do other things like make call, read text messages, play music (on phone or online), search and read things from online, etc. Good luck
