This is a rare case but I wish to know if this has ever been the case and the applicant succeeded it, especially in the recent time.

I don't know about this... But if you can get to the desk and explain satisfactorily, you can have your interview and might be given a deadline to submit the confirmation document for the BA.

I do not know your exact situation and I cannot give any guarantees. But if you already have partial block account confirmation and your interview is close, I'd say you should go for the interview. This is based on the experience of a few people that I am aware of (they initiated block account transfer before the interview date but hadn't gotten a confirmation by the date of their interview). Tell them you have initiated transfer for the balance but you're still awaiting confirmation.

They will either interview you and withhold your visa till you provide proof of full funding or they'll ask you to contact them when you have this proof, so they can issue a fresh interview date at short notice.

If you go to a good studio and say you need it for german visa application, they'll know what to do. Anyway, the size is 35mm by 45mm. And I think it's the same for most European countries.

Ask the family to write the embassy. Also they can go to the Ausländerbehörde(foreigner's office) in the city where they live and have them contact the Nigerian embassy.

I'm facing similar challenge with you, the only difference is that I'm not using German embassy in naija, I have rescheduled from august to September yet I don't have SL nor blocked account, but if I could get the option someone who could block for me, I have someone might be willing to sign...irony of life

Kindly send an email to the embassy to reschedule, when you’ve your account blocked you can send an email again to them and you’ll be given a new date but please don’t cancel your appointment!!

Alright, when you reschedule, get back to me.
Because it's practically impossible to block now and get your blocking confirmation before your interview date.

My program is going to start by September 1st 2022 and when i contact the school about the appointment issue, the school said if i didn't get appointment that i should defer my program to March 2023 and then cancel the appointment to reapply for another appointment against March 2023 intake.

Can i go to neighboring country to apply for resident permit and use that against March 2023?

Do i need to take my certificates to Germany embassy for verification?

I need your advice on this Sir's

I will advice your to go to neighboring countries for your permit process,but please steer clear from Ghana or Cotonou, because you have to wait 6months before you can use it to book appointment.
