I applied and played the game based assessment on the closing date Thursday 21st of July and my status changed to review in progress on Monday 25th of July. Still haven’t got an ODVI or regret mail.

If u don't receive a mail for an hirevue video interview maximum of 5 days after u completed the gaming assessment, just comot mind from the whole stuff, u're most likely out of the recruitment process.
Some people have done the hirevue video interview and are waiting to be called for the final assessment. They're very very very few tho. You av to tick all the boxes for you to scale through that gaming assessment especially from that last game, the psychometric part.
The insights hirevue sent was just a summary and make you feel good and probably the same for almost everyone, but that's not what Shell will be seeing from their own side.

I salute Shell for this. Priority is given to those not moving on in the race. Hardly seen this in companies. The normal is that you wait till you start advising yourself by yourself.

But, this "Assessment in Progress" sucks a lot o... No one knows the fate of these ones...

But they haven’t answered, if they have answered we would have had a glimpse of understanding whether shell do it department by department or not.

The last thing i would want to do after being served hot love letter is to be answering barrage of questions, that thing is depressing enough. So what would you now do if you know it's department by department? It's not like it's hint or answers that can increase your chances in anyway. You will still wait the same amount of time for your success or regret mail. We should be a bit sensitive abeg.

If it was me I would have answered even if I got rejected. Beside they even asked those that got ODVI.
Yes we will still wait the same amount of time but any bit of an info will help calm your curiosity. You’re also here cuz u need some info about the recruitment..
