How do you come to that conclusion, what is your objective analysis?

Note that, the current FBI Director is a Trump appointee, and a Judge signed this warrant. Trump is the first President that has catered away White House Classified documents to his private residency after leaving office. Few months ago, many classified documents belonging to the National Archive were retrieved from his residence.

This DOJ & FBI have truly been too lenient to him, he is the first US President to have attempted to overthrow an Election. The State of Georgia, a GOP State is investigating him, he is also been investigated for fielding fake electors.

Trump is not the law and he is not above the law, the USA is a law and order state, just like his fellow January 6 instigators are defending themselves in Court, he should also defend himself.
