One other thing that may work against the emergence of Obi is the way his supporters attack other opposition candidates, especially Tinubu. I see it coming, that very soon, people (non igbos) will see this as ethnic attack and decide not to vote Obi. Trust politicians and Northern Imams, they will capitalise on the attacks of Obi's supporters and twist it to mean ethnic attacks and they will start using that to spoil people's mind. Let Obi's supporters tone down their attacks so that they don't back-fire. As for me I will want Peter Obi to win, not really because I am 100% certain that he will deliver, but at least it is better we gamble with someone that has not participated in squandering our collective wealth at the national level. If Sowore had done his bid well I would have preferred him, cos he has not been in government before and so I will rather take the risk and gamble with him.
