One major challenge that is becoming increasingly unbearable for Nigerians is the economy. One would think that media houses would do more to educate the public on business, jobs and entrepreneurship. But no, it's mostly entertainment. The advent of WhatsApp tvs has not even helped matters. Most WhatsApp tvs thrive by promoting porn content. Even the federal government seems clueless and help less. Every 3 months 5 of my friends (all entrepreneurs), and myself meet to deliberate on our progress, challenges, new opportunities etc. We also travel for vacation just to relax. It was during our last meeting that we decided to start a whatsapp TV solely dedicated to posting jobs, educative content, organising free business classes, personal development, and a mix of entertainment. Etc. We decided to start the project this month, so today I called one videographer to my place so we could discuss how to produce content and the costs. I decided to buy some refreshments for the young man at a nearby supermarket. I don't really carry cash around. I like using my debit card, but today I had forgotten to carry my debit card so I opted for a transfer. I reached my place only to discover I had forgotten to carry the pack of vita milk that I bought. While I was contemplating if to go back immediately, I received a call from the lady at the supermarket. She told me I had forgotten my item. I began to wonder how she got my number, so I quickly ran back to the store took my vita milk and asked her how she got my contact. She smiled, tried to dodge the question, but when I insisted, she said it was true caller. She said once you have true caller installed in your phone, and you make transfers a lot, you leave your foot print all over the Web. I pressed her further to explain what she meant, but she said I have to invite her over to my house for dinner on Sunday then she can show me how she used true caller to get my number. Please any tech guy in the house who knows how this can be done? |

Na lie joor... Better be careful... SMS transfer won't even show your number completely... Maybe the lady have been stalking you But if is true then uninstall the True caller and make sure you download apps only from Google Playstore..... Some online apps are created with trojan or malware to leak your privacy.... 1 Like |
