Balanced meal is for only the Rich now....even the unbalanced meal are not affordable...so we just eat what we see.

May God help us.... things are highly falling apart in Nigeria.

For the past 3 consecutive weeks I've been eating beans and bread nonstop.
250 naira a plate, twice a day, I walk around with 5 litres of water to keep myself hydrated.
Garri and soup is like a luxury now.

Whatever that fills your stamach is your balance diet

Lol, I asked a fat girl, how does manage or what kind of food does she eat that sustains her till the next day? She told me, bros, na yam and beans i dey eat ooo, then i go drink enough water.

Like this beans I made for example; I added tomatoes, onions, and some vegetables to it to make it more nutritious and delicious than the regular (way of making) beans.

Are u trying to say that this food alone contains all the classes of food? Anyway, the food is nice based on the combination of vegetables and others. But if one eats this in the morning, will the meal still be balanced if u eat the same in the afternoon and evening?

Tomato, pepper and onion =#350(no more #100 pepper or tomatoes.... onion na 3pcs #150
Palm oil -250

I used to be a BB(Bread and Beans) fan but the high cost and poor state of these Breads have discouraged me from eating the Bread and Beans. How can i eat a bread that is as light as Bolom, bolom?

This days you eat what ever you see and use your mind to balance it for it to produce the different vitamins and nutrient you need QED

Yes...If you either use Garri or bread..Some even use PAP/custard...The three additional things are all carbohydrate that completed the meal as a full balanced diet.


Now, having it as 1/1/1 is where the issue depends on individual choice and taste bud..And what one is already used to.

Somehow, water is now luxury considering the price. A single pure sachet water is sold for #20. There is a place in Lagos where a 30l of keg of drinkable water is sold for #150. A Borehole water of 30l keg is sold for #70.
