Did tinubu govern in march this year?

What manner of foolish come back is this?
Dumbo. What I'm saying is simply that back when Tinubu was governor, power was still in the exclusive list, so it makes no sense to accuse Peter Obi of what most State Governors couldn't do at the time.

Spot on! That is why, incidentally, most infrastructures we are enjoying today were built by military leaders. Ethnic, religious, inter and intra party squabbles has rendered Nigeria's democracy moribund and a failure, very unfortunate to be honest

The sad reality is that, the majority do not understand these dynamics.

It's such a huge pity.

Electricity generation, transmission and distribution remains on the exclusive list in the 1999 constitution.... In other words, only the FG has the sole power to generate, transmit and distribute electricity!
Any Governor or former governor who said he generated, transmitted and distributed electricity during his time as governor is a liar!

Yet Lagos under Tinubu stated the first IPP project that led to powering some parts of Lagos. Or is Lagos not part of Nigeria again?

Those IPP go through the national grid...the Lagos state government is not benefiting anything!
It goes straight to the FG!
Is it not a waste of money to build a generating company only to be told and reminded that the electricity generated must be fed through the national grid?

Why do you think there is a bill that has been passed by senate to authorise states to generate, transmit and distribute electricity?

No Governor or state goverment has the power or authority in the constitution to generate, transmit and distribute electricity!

From research what you said was in line but they charged the FG to court and won the case of which the present VP was the lawyer who handled the case

If I was one of those getting carried away by some fancy buzzwords, taglines, and hopeless hope in support of this guy, this would have been enough for me to say no way did he say that and stopped making any mockery or fool of myself.

Dear Nigerian youths,

It is indeed sad that we are left with these 3 individuals before us to choose from and everyone is at liberty to vote for any candidate of his/her choice.

I would however wish to take out this time to plead with you all to ensure your heads are finely screwed unto your shoulders and the grey matter in your cranium is intact.

If the above holds true, kindly refrain from hurling insults at your fellow oppressed over these guys so that you all can begin to see these guys and their charades from the same lenses and collectively fashion out a way to let them know you aren't gullible nor fools they can perpetually continue to take advantage of on all fronts.

By the time you all realize that none of these 3 major candidates is different in principle and expected deliverables to you the citizens, it would have been too late.

You can imagine what a PDP VP candidate of just 3 years ago is spewing.

If you hate Atiku and you say you are Obidient, I shake my head for you.

If you hate Atiku and say you are Emilokan, sorry for you and vice versa.

These guys are all connected and will have equal access to the Arsehole rock and securing their tainted loots and assets no matter who amongst them wins.

Y'all will remain the original losers and victims to their ploys.

Everyone Obidienting today must have been alive when Oshiomole was setting himself up to gain access to the political dining table under the guise and umbrella of Nigeria Labour Congress.

If you were alive then, witnessed how it all turned out with Oshiomole, or you have anything negative to say about Oshiomole, but you are now Obidienting because you couldn't discern an established pattern in both cases and individuals, I sorry for you well well.

If this guy win and able to better Buhari's regime and you Obidients don't go rogue on him within one year with the usual derogatory nicknames, I'll take out a page on any daily with a wide reach to tender my unreserved apology to President Obi and all Obidients.

You can never succeed as a President of this country and achieve a single project if you are media-hungry, or one who enjoys listening to praise-singers or the lack of it.

The problems with Nigeria as an entity are so myriad that it'd take only someone like Buhari wey block him ears to any hues and cries, criticisms, insults, and all whatnots to be able to deliver on the electoral reform bill.

If Buhari hadn't blocked his ears to complaining and chose to be a media President so that una go like am and stop complaining, there would still be insecurity, an economy headed for ruins, corruption, etc and there still would have been no electoral reform and if there had not been the reformed electoral act and a decision to allow for a free and fair election, the current enthusiasm and buzz words making rounds won't be happening today.

Peter Obi needs to take it easy and not allow this current buzz to to to lead him into continually shooting himself on the foot with contradictions upon contradictions and even going on to mess up the lil respect and image most of us had about him.

Na these same youths wey dey hail and clap for Obi go coin one better derogatory nickname for am when the reality of the enormity of what Nigeria's problem hits him.

Make e go ask GEJ and Buhari how far?

He should also ask Detective Fash how far about electricity in Nigeria vis a vis rocket science.
What exactly do you want to hear?

Atiku bought the form and won primaries, not Obi. He didn't pay any one or collect miney from anybody as delegate. I was expecting you to also mention this and that's why I didn't preempt you in my previous message so you'd not think I was siding him. it was after Atiku won that he picked obi after the former consulted with the party just as he considered okowa this time. Are you aware he advised obi to stay and be his running mate again but refused?

Please get this straight, I'm a man of conscience and integrity. Nobody can buy my conscience at this point cos I'm comfortable by God's grace. Only the hungry will be running after atiku and Tinubu over 5k. I voted buhari, another man of integrity with apologies to Nobody. Neither atiku nor Tinubu can wear Buhari's shoes today on integrity, same as Obi. Nobody is lerfect but Tinubu and atiku are political plagues that sane human beings must not mingle with. I wish the apc had considered either fashola or Osinbajo. People are becoming emancipated everysy. Who told apc Tinubu would deliver ? The battle lines are drawn. We'd meet at the polls

Your conscience and judgement are already bought my brother. You have none again!
You know Atiku is a plague, agreed he paid ALL delegates at PH PDP primary, agreed that PO was a delegate, who, at the least was aware of delegate bribes, agreed that PO accepted to run on that platform just 3 yrs ago.
How's that PO now the saint and Atiku the villian? PO joined and was a beneficiary of a 'conscience buying process'. Don't defend lie with lie
Again your hypocrisy- If you are comfortable by God's grace, then Atiku and BAT supporters are comfortable by God's grace to support their own ~ don't be clever by half.
No need to pity APC or PDP, You are sold already. Excercise your franchise and hopefully fix your 'conscience and integrity' in the future.

Any governor who created an electricity generating company knowing fully well that the constitution is not in support of such is only playing to the gallery!
Which governor or state will engage in a project or venture without benefitting from it?
Why create a company when someone else will be taking the proceeds?
Why do you think Lagos and other endowed states are waiting for the 'electricity decentralization' bill to be signed into law by the president?

Despite all the billions invested. Some day the truth about what transpired in the power sector will be in the public domain, and then can we have a true assessment. For now one cannot but wonder if fixing power is a rocket science, and how in the world such huge amount of money couldn't do the job. Time, indeed, will answer these questions.
