I agree. Sadly most jobs in Nigeria have similar attributes. It's just a stepping stone. Gather the experience you need, build and develop yourself and move to higher positions in other companies or industries. That's the best way to grow career-wise.

Yes I worked in the IT department of a bank as a computer science grad. Got the three years experience while trying to get a job at a better structured organization. As that didn't work out I used the three years experience to claim work experience points for Canada express entry. Got a PR and now working at a multi national software company in Toronto. Nothing spoil.
