I don't know if Tinubu money was seized or not , and I'm not going to click on your link)but I know that govt can freeze any account and then release it after if investigation shows it's clean money. IRS will pay you a visit if you take $10,000 out of your account 3 times in a roll in one week.

Ask people and they will tell you that in the 90's no black man goes free from the smallest amount of drug in your possession. Also if you are in the car with 7 people and 1 dropped a drug in the car, all the people will be booked till the investigation sows the culprit.
