Hello everyone, today I share with you my delicious unripe plantain porridge recipe with a blend of oils and vegetables. Hope you will try it out this weekend, I am sure you will love it

Unripe plantain
Beef
Fresh tomatoes
onions
Scent leaves
Ugu leaves (Pumpkin leaves)
Palm oil
Vegetable oil
Dry pepper
Salt

Cooking is like exploring, sometimes it's worth it to shift from the norm and try out new flavours in meals. The fresh tomatoes gives a unique and fresh flavour, and the oil blend presents a different taste and pleasant colour. You can try it out

While I am sure this tastes nice, I honestly have to say that I am concerned about the colour...Looks unattractive.

Few tips though:
1. Add a little bit of red oil to boost the colour
2. I sincerely don't think the tomatoes are necessary rather use thinly diced shombo or tatashe. That way you get the red condiments without altering the taste.
3. Garnish with ukpaka and dry fish
4. Serve in a white plate.
