What's the renumeration in both companies, and which one of them is good for your career growth in a considerable number of years to come?

Every contract staff should know their job is not secured.
Once the organization decides to outsource the contract to another company, your employment will be terminated without reasonable compensation.

Follow Orange Group.

Don't think about it further.

Better remain with First Bank as Orange group has no career prospect.

You will work like an elephant and eat like an ant.

Even the salary is nothing to write home about.

A word is enough for the wise.

As a contract staff of a bank in Nigeria you have no growth.

I once went there thinking their name will match their renumeration, alas, I was wrong, big name small pay. Compared to their mate, the difference is very clear

You don't seem to know much about Orange group.

That contract staff job is far better in my opinion.

Hope you are aware that First bank will drop you after 7 years with nothing to show for those years. So take your decision wisely.

This question is only you that can answer it better. Apply for leave from firstbank and work briefly in Orange groups to be able to compare. Is the Orange group job a permanent employment? Is the remuneration better? What is career growth like there? If you remain at Firstbank, is there any chance you could be staffed? Is the remuneration today better? What is your career plan like and which of the two jobs fits better? What is the market growth potential of both jobs? When u answer these questions convincingly, you would easily choose. Good luck.

If you have actually gotten the orange group job, I think it worth your stress than first bank contract job. Meanwhile, never leave a job without you having job contract of the the one you are looking.

Your terrible job is the dream of every unemployed.

Your house is the dream of every homeless.

Your smile is the dream of every depressed.

Your health is the dream of every ill.

Don't let difficult times make you forget your blessings.
