Free up your internal space

Thanks. It worked like magic.
But I still don't understand how storage space affects touchpad.

Hey guys.

There's this annoying issues I face on my Redmi 10 64gb. Each time u turn on my network on 4g, many services do not work (including browsers)

It only starts working when I toggle Flight mode (which is really annoying)

This doesn't happen if I change network mode to 3g (H+). Am I the only one facing this issue? Is it my phone, or MTN network in my area?

P.s
I think it all started after I updated my phone (through settings)

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I think it is MTN 4G. I can't use my FBN Mobile app on 4G unless I switch to 3G. Some apps also give no Internet error unless I toggle data off and on. So don't think it is from your phone.

There are no resident technicians on this page.

Try to contact Igemburg or go to CV. Before you give your phone to anybody, vet them. Shine eye for them. Show them a YouTube video and what you expect from them.

If they can do it, them give them the phone. If they can't, jejely get up and go.

I can fix Redmi 9t dead boot, Holla @ 08133077936.

MTN is frustrating my life and business. They scam with the data such that I've somewhat developed the impression that their data no matter the amount subscribed for is programmed to stop working by 3 weeks instead of the 4 weeks/one month it should work for.

Please who can help unlock the MTN modem? I need to use Globacom SIM on it.

Go to your APN Settings and change ipv6/ipv4 to ipv4 only and save.

Yeah, I'm using it. I like the performance and battery power. And it has a decent camera too. My only problem with it is the lack of gyroscope, the implication is that it takes a few seconds sometimes to switch from landscape to vertical orientation or vice versa.

I bought my Redmi 10 (64gb) N89,000. (128gb was like N116,000 then)

I see that 10c (128gb) is going for N95,000 on Konga. I haven't used 10c though...i just like punch hole front cameras (the front camera style on Redmi 10)

Unorganised REVIEW:
As for camera, the 50mp is off by default. You can slide to "More" on the camera interface (Video, Photo, Portrait,...) to use the 50mp.

As for camera clarity, e clear sha. Whenever I take photos with my phone, remove the background (third-party background remover app), people find it difficult believing that I didn't take the photo in a photo studio. Just today, a friend came for me to take his photos. He came along with a digital camera, and yes, we dished his digital camera for my phone's camera (not a high-end cam sha)

The AI future is good. It replaces your skin tone with an even tone, just as professional photographers do to pictures.

Battery is great. I'm a heavy phone user (not a gamer sha) and I can say the battery's OK. I almost always have Termux running while coding heavily.

Camera cons:
When taking pictures for a long time under a hot weather, after some time the OS closes the camera app due to heat.

I also noticed heating on the camera side when playing Beach Buggy Racing 2.

Then finally, for the ROM, there were many times I wished I just got the 128gb instead as it affects RAM.

I dunno if the 4gb ram is the default ram, however, you can enable extra 1gb ram from Settings > Memory Extension (this would require at least free 6gb ROM)

In summary, I like it. It's sleak (plastic back though). The screen is nice to look at, especially when off (without screen guard). I noticed that most people who see me with the phone also like it a lot. It apparently does a good job getting people's attention. Lol.

On 3 occasions, non-iPhone users have asked me it it was an iPhone after seeing the UI. I hated the question though, as I would never use an iPhone as my main phone as a Programmer. MiUI does an annoying/great job mimicking iPhone looks.

Two things I hate ...
1. The 4g network misbehaving.... [SOLVED], thanks to genius43.
Go to APN Settings, and change ipv4/IPv6 to ipv4 only.

2. I only have a few GBs left on my 64gb. I've noticed apps refresh most times after minimizing, and coming back to them even with 4gb ram turned on. It's annoying. And I think it's due to chocked space (ROM)... And that's why sometimes I regret not getting the 128gb ROM version.

Extra 10k will get you a new 128gb ROM. Getting a new one seems like a better option to me.

P.S
I think they released the 2022 version of Redmi 10 (with MiUI v13) earlier this year just incase you're considering buying a Redmi 10. MiUI 13 looks even cooler than the v12.x

seems the hybrid dual sim is the only difference, checking via gsmarena specification listing
