So why were they na sending reminder that you have until 12pm to complete the test if they would be using that kind of method to screen out candidates.They even sent it twice.

I found that comment very funny. I think the instruction is clear and straight forward. Between 8am and 12pm the second day. Then iif ID card was that compulsory, they wont provide alternative. Please just stay focus and wait for their response

If 100 people wrote on 8am Wednesday and they needed just 50. They got 50 candidates that passed out of the 100 that wrote . They sent their names to UBA. UBA has gotten what they needed, Whether you write the next day no concern them again. Infact people were already getting success mail as early as 11am on that same Wednesday. Some that wrote around 12-1pm were seeing mails by 2, 3 pm.
It's a simple case of first come first serve.

It's simple, a football match lasts for 90min, you can come 10 min to the end of the game it's your business but just know you can never get the front row seat of the stadium.

I dey tell una say the late writing which is synonymous to late coming if it was a physical exam are part of the things they look for. Workforce is a recruitment company, they recruit on behalf of several companies and they secretly look out for several things.

1. If it was a physical exam, won't you go with an ID card?

2. You were told to come for an exam at an office between 8am on Wednesday and 12 PM on Thursday. Let's assume hundreds of candidates wrote on Wednesday 8am and the company needed only 50 candidates. Of course na first come first serve. The first 50 wey pass nahim they go pick. Going to write a physical exam early enough shows you're serious and ready for the job. Same applies to the online test.

I'm not trying to discourage anyone but I think UBA even gave today 2pm deadline for uploading of credentials .

I can still believe it is first come, first serve. The reason be that it is not everyone that did yesterday performed now... they were even sending reminder regarding the exam today. They might be having some issues. The second issue I'm having issue with the recruiting agency is sending success message to people before the conclusion of the exam.

I also received a call to send my documents again (I sent them in the morning but they claimed they didn't receive it, so I had to send them again)

I said shut it. I am not a candidate, I am here looking out for info for my gf and note that I passed through training school years ago and I currently work in one of the first tier Nigerian Banks. Please stop misleading people it doesn’t always work like you have been painting it here. Although I quite agree with you that some organizations’ job applications could be on first come first served basis but it doesn’t always apply to recruitments like this. Banks always look out for top talents and not “fastest fingers”.
Unless you work with Workforce or UBA Human Capital, you can’t just be capping here.
