I highly doubt that.My business mostly involves young people.Even the ones I know that likes music alot hardly know the old jams word for word.They might know the songs but can sing it.I am not talking about those evergreen songs,like say Tupac and Bob Marley that you still hear people play around.Most of the Westlife life songs I heard them singing, if they claim to be in their early twenties,they were not even born or probably 1 or 2 when those songs were released .Would a song you rarely hear just peak your interest to the extent of learning the lyrics word for word.

Most of the songs we like today are cos we have heard them over and over again until they resonates with us.I am not saying someone can't hear an old song for the first time and like it but not to the extent of googling the lyrics and start practicing them.
