I'll make this as concise as possible. Pardon errors

I've been having severe breast pain for over a week now. Went to a pharmacist and she told me to consult a doctor.
Consulted a doctor and he only asked me if there's a lump there. He didn't even bother to check it himself (he's an old man, maybe, he's trying to keep standards). He simply scribbled somethings on a piece of paper and told me to pass it to the nurse. After which the nurse told me that I'm supposed to pay xyz amount just to get an injection.

The pain is getting worse and leaves me crying. Recently, I started having nightmares which I suspect to be malaria so, I took malaria tabs. I have these very very tiny bumps on my laps, took antibiotics and they multiplied. Quite itchy too

I'm really scared cause I fear for the worse.
Doctors on here, please what could most likely be the issue? And what do you suggest?

One can't really know what is wrong with you online.You should try another hospital,a government hospital preferably.
Are you having your period or close to it?Do you have ulcer?
Since you say there's no lump,you really don't have to be worried.

She should forget government hospital. My sister's friend went to Maitama District hospital to see a gynae for heavy menstrual flow, she went two days ago and was given an appointment to see a gynae on the 23 of February 2023. She was told the gyane is booked till then.

Go to a good private hospital, the gynaes there are the same ones you'll meet in government hospitals. They will conduct tests on you including a mammogram if necessary.

When there say allow guys to press your breast you think its for the guys good!? Post pictures of the breast and the bumps on your laps for further online examinations..
By the way if you visited a doctor he would have press the breast to check if there is a lump. So don't come here with standards bullshiit. Just say you didn't allow the doctor touch your breast cause your a naive holoshow.

go to a university teaching hospital or federal medical center close to you and see a doctor

If I may ask how old are you & hope you are not wearing a very tight bra? Many Adolescence girls always complain of this especially if their breast is fast developing into...

Don't be afraid of cancer, cancer lumps are mostly painless and shapeless, it only result to pain when the tumour had grown and your breast start turning red at the point of the tumour and if that's not the case, it can be a result of an injury that form a lump in your breast or an inflammation in your breast. And an inflammation is the process when your cells fight a disease or virus and forms a lump under your skin, that process also cause severe pain.
In a nutshell go to a better hospital for checkup.

Also, check videos online on how to check for breast lump.

Since it's painful, it's less likely to be a malignancy. It will most likely be a fibroadenosis or a fibroadenoma.

Go for a check-up you'll most likely need a surgery
