Fried rice with artificial induced colors. Mere looking, the food will be under-spiced with those poorly cooked vegetables.

Growing up I used to like Rice and beans so much. That's the only thing that I always feel like eating anytime I fall sick then. Times have changed, I no longer see anything special with that combo.
Now, I have issues with food, I don't have any favourite dish. I don't like eating beans more than once in a week, the same as yam.
I get tired of eating many of these common food easily and I don't even like most of these push meals and cuisines that many rich kids fancy so well.
I don't do hamburger, or hotdog or Sawarma, I would literally puke if someone forced me to eat any of them.
My food culture is so boring, the only thing I can eat without getting put off now is just Rich, fish and of course, fresh stew.
I'm all alone in my world.
This is super story..........

Well prepared, appetising.

I like fried rice, but it can't be my favorite, coz it's expensive. Infact, I consider it luxury

always try to make half your plate of food some sort of salad/vegetables, besides being much more healthy, it also means a better digestion experience.

As professor Lahila Africa of USA said, anything thats already cooked is not nutritious food.

And from my personal experience, you have not tasted food, until you have had any kind of salad that contains fresh uncooked, garlic, spring onions, red onions, topped with mayonnaise, the smell alone is like perfume.

So, what do you think about boiled eggs or cooked liver, for example?

So, what do you think about boiled eggs or cooked liver, for example?

Its not just the belief of one nutritionist, its widely known that the process of heating , cooking destroys nutrients in food.
This is why you should also experiment with cooking your meat medium rare, ofcours except for internal organ meat which needs proper cooking.

As for eggs and liver, you are absolutely right, this advice is only suitable for most foods, but not all.
Example raw eggs are said to be dangerous, and as i said earlier internal organs need cooking, i say that in my personal opinion cause i cannot not eat internal organ thats not been very well cooked,

But once i started experimenting with oven cooking meat rare so that outside is brown inside is pink, since that day, i never cook meat in stew again. Cause the texture of medium rare oven cooked meat is 100 times better than meat cooked in stew.

Also well cooked meat takes longer to digest, and makes for more stinky stools.

So every time you add any kind of raw food to your diet know that you doing your health a lot of good.
And goes without saying that having lots of fruit veg in your diet means toilet sessions are much quicker and easier.

So when making stew . try to experiment with lightly oven cooking your tomato sauce instead of frying it till its lost all nutrition.
Oven cook the meat medium rare just in time to put in stew. So that you only oven meat you ready to eat. oven cooking meat takes less than 25 minutes if you going for medium rare.
