4.Elect serious minded men in ur state(from jakande to Tinubu to Fashola to Ambode to SanwoOlu) oh God these guys are good. And ensure continuity of govt agency (Ambode wanted to deviate here though).

Oga we know main investors in Lagos and we also know the effort state government is doing to bring them in,this is not the usual buying and selling stuff Igbo call investment.

Trust me, Julius Berger isn't dumb enough to invest millions of dollars in the venture they didn't do feasibility studies on.

The question you just asked, Julius Berger asked themselves a thousand times and did all their plus and minus before setting up that plant. They are not fools.

Berger is in for business now because it has met the required demands,and will set the prices of their goods at the highest peak to recover their funds.
