Click on get KCT after inputing ur meter number. Some codes will b generated on the right hand side of tour screen. Goto your meter input those numbers like you are trying to recharge and load it. After which you input your token and load it

wahles:I recharged last from my kuda bank to EEDC (Enugu disco) till now I have not received token.I have sent email to kuda Bank no reply from them.What do I do? |

same thing with mine, seem all the meter with a certain meter number cannot load token after been bought. even if your use the upgarde KCT same thing, you will get error 3 or error 1 |

if your meter starting number is listed here, i don't think you will be able to load your energy token, even if you use the KCT ugrade
