To me the plan is good. But just like he pointed out, it's not really the best having to pass through the living room to access the kitchen.

Then another thing you might want to consider is having a separate toilet for visitors

Pop sqm, the measurements is based on ceiling while Screeding measurements is based on wall.
But if you intend to screed the ceiling, then the Sqm is the same

the price is different too.

Good evening house, I have a project at hand am doing . Which required about 1450 pieces of planks for decking and the cheapest Rate I have got is 2100 per pieces , someone told me I can purchase an already used plank for decking at cheaper price . please I need advise and referrals . I’m trying to save cost on planks as much as I can

You posted to call you, which I believe it’s should be open market for other that may be interested. You guys should understand some of us are not here for entertainment but for business. If you posted as suggested then, you probably be my supplier of the tiles. I wished you guys knew how many deals happening behind the screen everyday . Anyway good luck.
