Sorry, what DUI in road usage law? It means Driving Under Influence. Either weed or alcohol or anything intoxicating.

In Nigeria too, it's illegal to drive under influence. Check the highway code. You may be arrested for possession and or consumption illegal sunstance

The warning is not there because weed is "illegal". The same way they won't tell you "don't use hard drugs and drive". In climes where cannabis (weed) is legal, they will show adverts that advice against driving when you're high and of course "highness" may come from several sources. Then like someone said, once you're caught driving under the influence, you're in for a big thing. It doesn't even matter if you used prescription drugs
