The judge & jury will not just believe her because she said it (accusation). She's gonna need a load of evidence to prove her claims. The police officer on the other hand has got a strong evidence to prove she's a wild uncivilized and aggressive woman who assault an armed police officer.

An unarmed citizen was physically and verbally threatened with being killed by the gun of a Nigerian police and she reacted emotionally.

The woman's lawyer should advise her to claim "temporary insanity" that was caused by the psychological threat of the unprofessional policeman and also counter sue to police for inflicting violent verbal threat and severe emotional trauma on this female Nigerian citizen.

They should also make sure the trial is well publicised in both social and traditional media.

That evidence will not stand in court cos her lawyer will argue that some part of the video is missing as can be clearly heard by her asking him to repeat the gunning down part. The officer at this point chose to remain silent, however you can see they are all worried cos they called their Oga.
Beside we dnt know who the woman is, She could be Oga side chick or have a very big God

if he argues that there is a missing part,he shud then provide it.the Budden of proof is on him.

let me tell u something,I can almost certainly tell u that I most likely will not have problems with police officers.know y,I never go beyond my bounds.if u are asked to do,just do if u have nothing to hide.no need shouting.guess y u hardly hear of police oppression in the north,it's coz we don't see Dem as our enemies and we definitely don't over react when we are not guilty.las las,that lady is d guilty party.lets watch out.

No matter the actions of a police officer, no individual should ever respond with violence or assault, the response should be limited to the defence of your civil rights, respect of your liberty and self defence of life and wellbeing.

Once you lock a police officer you are liable for assault and disturbance of peace, prevention of a law officer from carrying out his constitutional duties, obstruction etc while the policeman can also be liable for similar crimes.
