The Russians can not use more than 200k of its forces, but the law allows u to get volunteers. Anyone who willingly join is welcome. That’s where the Syrians, Iranians, Lebanese, Chechens and North Korea comes in

Olodo, Russia is fighting a conventional which requires that humanitarian standards be followed. If they had called in their nukes , Ukraine would have been dust and ashes within the first 48hours of the war.
