Jashub:I made some references to some resources on the web for you. Try and read them. More so I read and watch balanced news...CNN, BBC and Al Jazeera. They all supported the position I made. Or can we say Al Jazeera is biased too?. You are talking about demand for Russia oil. It requires a lot of logistics and those countries are only willing to buy at discounted prices. Moreso, EU is flirting with the idea of not insuring Russia oil to non-eu destination. Remember that 90% of insurer of maritime transport is from EU, if the EU members agree on this eventually, it will be a disaster for the Russia federation again. |

Massive stockpiles of weapons left by the feeling Russians. Believe Russia propaganda at your own peril. Their technology is fluke which includes their air defenses even shooting down their own SU35 jets.

Sixfiguresmart:My argument would centre on the biblical contexts, nothing less, you just keep on twisting, i pray nemesis shouldn't catch you because, you could be my brother in faith in the nearest future. My questions remains exclusively biblical. Meanwhile, before the next very questions, i would want to call your attention to the way Muslims pray in the bibles. And Ezra blessed the Lord, the great God. And all the people answered, Amen, Amen, with lifting up their hands: and they bowed their heads, and worshipped the Lord with their faces to the ground. (Nehemiah 8:6) And he (Jesus) went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed..." (Matthew 26:39) "And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship..." (Joshua 5:14) "And Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they fell upon their faces…" (Numbers 20:6) "And Abraham fell on his face..." (Genesis 17:3) "…and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God." (Revelation 7:11) "…then they bowed their heads and worshiped the Lord with their faces to the ground." (Nehemiah 8:6) "…Then David and the elders of Israel, who were clothed in sackcloth, fell upon their faces." (1 Chronicles 21:16) And in the book of Kings we find Prophet Elijah casting himself upon the earth in the position of kneeling before touching the forehead to the ground. "…and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees." (1 Kings 18:42) Now Questions. Which son of Zerubbabel was an ancestor of Jesus Christ? (a) Abiud (Matthew 1: 13) (b) Rhesa (Luke 3:27) But the seven sons of Zerubbabel are as follows: i.Meshullam, ii. Hananiah, iii. Hashubah, iv. Ohel, v.Berechiah, vi. Hasadiah, viii. Jushabhesed (I Chronicles 3:19, 20). The names Abiud and Rhesa do not fit in anyway. Who was the father of Uzziah? (a) Joram (Matthew 1: ![]() (b) Amaziah (2 Chronicles 26:1) Who as the father of Jechoniah? (a) Josiah (Matthew 1:11) (b) Jeholakim (I Chronicles 3:16) How many generations were there from the Babylonian exile until Christ? (a) Matthew says fourteen (Matthew 1:17) (b) But a careful count of the generations. Nehemiah 8:6 And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God. And all the people answered, Amen, Amen, with lifting up their hands: and they bowed their heads, and worshipped the LORD with their faces to the ground. |

MT:Oga, Aljazeera and CNN are still part of the corrupt mainstream media that enjoys filtering news to the detriment of the populace . So let us follow the facts that are currently on ground without us subscribing to emotions and propaganda reports . Fact number 1: There is an energy crisis in Europe and America (fact)...and Russia is the cause of that crisis . Fact number 2: The sanctions we thought would crumble the Ruble and make Russians die of hunger has only turned out to be the opposite. The Russian Ruble is rising ...and that is because Russia demanded that all services including crude be bought in Rubles .(fact) Fact number 3: Asian countries like India, Pakistan , Vietnam and co are willing to buy Russian crude on Russian terms and conditions . This move will toss all influences the EU's maritime has on Russian supply to Asia (fact) As it stands , the EU is not in a position to make demands on Russia |

Despite Western sanctions, Russia seems to have won the energy market. But some say Moscow will soon run out of cash. Russia's economy was predicted to collapse after Western countries imposed unprecedented sanctions on Moscow over the war in Ukraine. But last week, the Russian statistics bureau Rosstat said gross domestic product (GDP) in the first six months of the year had fallen by just 0.4%. Capital investment is up, the ruble has rebounded and inflation — which soared when the war began — has started to subside, according to official data. This week, a top Russian government official predicted that GDP for the whole year would be just 3% lower and not contract by a third. So what is going on? As expected, oil and gas revenues, particularly from the European Union, are continuing to shore up the country's finances, despite the likes of Germany and Italy cutting their reliance on Russian energy. The state-owned energy giant Gazprom just announced a record first-half profit of 2.5 trillion rubles ($41.36 billion, €41.41 billion), sparking a 30% rise in its share price. "Even if the Russian economy is performing worse than six months ago, it's not enough to stop [Russian President Vladimir] Putin from financing the war," Maxim Mironov, a professor of finance at the IE Business School in Madrid, told DW. Advertisement There's no doubt that Western sanctions have started to bite. Last month, a study by Yale University found that imports to Russia have collapsed and manufacturers are struggling to obtain components, including semiconductors and other high-tech parts. Russia's position as a commodities exporter has been irreversibly eroded, the report said, as Moscow has been forced to sell more of its oil and gas to Asia at a steep discount. Nearly a thousand Western firms have pulled out or curtailed their business activities, causing disruption and layoffs Economic collapse in 'two years' One of the report's co-authors, management professor Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, recently told Britain's Times Radio that Russia's economy could only "survive with tremendous hardships for two years or so," as long as the West remains firm on sanctions. Other trade experts think a full economic collapse will take much longer. "In the long run, Russia will be no more than a gas station for China...but I don't buy this argument that the economy will collapse in two years," Rolf J. Langhammer, a German trade expert and former vice president of the Kiel Insitute for the World Economy (IfW-Kiel), told DW. He said Russia had spent several years building its war chest and noted how international finance experts think the country is well prepared for any economic decoupling from the West. "The International Monetary Fund (IMF) wrote last year that Russia had hoarded cash since the 2014 conflict in eastern Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea and was prepared for a war of attrition." Langhammer noted how Germany had paid €20 billion ($19.97 billion) to Russia for energy imports in the first half of 2022 — a 50% rise from the same period last year. "Even if volumes fall, with soaring Putin burning through reserves The Yale researchers noted how Russia was drawing down the $600 billion in foreign currency reserves that have acted as a cushion for Putin in the first months of the war. They said $80 billion has already been utilized, while another half of the reserves has been frozen by the West. Alexander Mihailov, associate professor in economics at the UK's University of Reading, believes that Putin will only run short of cash for the war when the West can fully cut its reliance on Russian energy, which he said would likely take another 2-3 years. If Putin's options become limited, Russia may effectively start printing money to meet skyrocketing military costs, which Mihailov said would be "madness" as it would "lead to huge ruble depreciation, hyperinflation and social unrest." |

BnQoyyim:God forbid. What I saw in Saudi Arabia alone makes me puke. I am no stranger to Islam. Your biggest clap back is the divinity of Jesus, and the discrepancies in the Bible. Nothing more makes doctrinal sense Sir, with all due respect, you and I know that wat is written in the quran is evidence of the inconsistencies of Islam. I know that you have expended your ability to defend the quran. Your deflection to the Bible is a weakling's effort to rescue his drowning soul. Allah asserts that he is one of those 360 gods in the temple of Hubal. You deny him. That means utter disrespect. |

PoliteActivist:who was there? Is that your fundamental question? Okay. Jesus was. Who captured every detail in writing? Moses did. Revealed to him by God who also gave him the commandments. Regarding if he used We or I, the Bible said God SAID. The one who initiated the conversation is identified solely as God. All through the course of the Bible he continues to be identified the same way. Regarding who he spoke to, the Bible confirms that he spoke to his son because he is AT HIS RIGHT AND SIDE. Again, the Bible affirms that Jesus was his principal worker. Yet again, the Bible continues to insist that everything was created THROUGH Jesus. Once more, the Bible consistent emphasises that he would not do a thing until he REVEALS it to Jesus. Simply because he has affection for his BELOVED son Jesus. So, here is Your fundamental question. Now, welcome to Christianity, bro. That is why the quran needs the Tafseer because even the Muslims began a subtle mental revolution at the time because the quran is inconsistent. The caliphate had to arrange the lies and cover ups to douse the emanating conflict. Even Aisha, that little girl could sense it in Mohammed asking him why allah is so much in a hurry to grant Mohammed's requests only. |

GENES11S: Russia has already won by surviving an unprecedented sanctions regime imposed on her by collective west.As for allies, Russia has plenty plenty powerful allies. It’s because Russia is a very big country stretching from Europe to Asia, thats why u think Ukraine Finland Sweden are Russia’s neighbor They are actually European countries while Russia is an Asian country. Russia’s neighbors are China, India, Iran, Afghanistan. Cos Russia share border with dem all and are very close to Russia economically. Check up BRICS, u will see Russia has very powerful friends too |

RepoMan007:And please do tell if Finland shares the same history and heritage like Ukraine. Are they also Slavs like either Ukraine or Russia? Was Finland part of the Soviet Union or the Red Pact? The Finns have ALWAYS been Western leaning....scratch that....Finland is a Nordic country (just like Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Iceland) and a core part of the west. The fact that they and Sweden have joined NATO comes as absolutely no surprise to Russia at all. And the Russians considering invading Finland or any other NATO country ain't happening anytime soon. |

sanpipita:The FACT that the Russians, despite facing the collective wrath of NATO alliance of over 20 states plus other western leaning states led by the USA via their Ukrainian proxy, and with ONLY 200,000 men (LPR and DPR militia included in that number) in theatre, yet were able to take a considerable portion of Ukrainian territory while inflicting massive damage on the Ukrainians despite the continuous flow of funds, weapons, training, ammo, and intelligence for the Ukrainians is frankly a testament to the Russian Armed Forces. So imagine if Putin orders full mobilization. Anyway I still say that the coming days will definitely be interesting. |

Well, I am not the guy to fool because I am ten steps ahead of their game. I speak and read Arabic so it gives me an advantage. I have the quran both in Arabic and in English. So, I am the guy who tells them that they are being deceived. When they go to verify, rather than returning to thank me, they ghost me. later to to return with a new skin of defense and argument. But, I know the Dawah game. It is a game of sophistry in Islam. They employ all tricks of deceit. As a matter of fact a Muslim can even denounce his faith publicly and it is allowed in Islam. It is called Taqiya. I went to an Islamic institute. I wanted to ignore and just be cool but what I see disturbed me. So, for me I deeply understand the islamic game that they play and I bring it real. This is why many of them rather avoid me than confront me like they do other Christians on nairaland. I am bringing the heat one by one to them. Their dawah game is to bamboozled you with facts. my goal is not to demonize the religion but to make these black brothers see the truth for themselves and be able to make an objective and conscientious decision based on facts not lies that they have been told. Read my history here, you can clearly see that I easily take down their lies one by one. Just a brother trying to help with the knowledge that I have cos these brothers are suicide arsenals for Arabs. They are being used by top guns to commit terrorism. Kaysalas: |

Sixfiguresmart:God GAVE Moses the commandments. No where is it suggested that God gave Moses how He created the universe. Also see the screenshot below. Furthermore, here is your question again below. Nothing you have said so far has answered that question. The Bible never refers to God as they, nor does any one else. God is always referred to as singular. Here's your question again: Since the creator of man is WE... is it now safe to refer to God as THEY?

Jashub:Your Fact 1. You are very correct. That is no brainer since EU has over relied on Russia for gas. It will take some times before they are independent. Your Fact 2: You are wrong. Ruble is NOT rising solely because Russia demands payment for its oil in Ruble. Russian Government is ARTIFICIALLY propping up the rubles using various interventionist means. It is NOT sustainable in the long term. You can read this: https://www.google.com/amp/s/qz.com/2167447/how-russia-defended-the-ruble-from-ukraine-war-sanctions/amp/ Infact, due to the fact that Russia can not get enough buyers for its gas, Russia is now flaring off $10 Million worth of gas daily. Your Fact 3: This is not totally correct. These countries you mentioned want to buy discounted oil from Russia. They cannot pay the same price EU is paying. Moreso, it requires complex logistics to transport to these countries with attendant associated cost. All these mean inflow to Russia will be drastically reduced. And like I said, 90% of maritime insurance is done by EU, if the EU member states agree to withdraw insurance for non-EU countries, that will be a major hit to Russia. PS: May I advise that you cannot condemn all news channels because they are not saying what you hope for. We cannot take your opinion as the source of the truth. Your opinion is not tenable in any court of law. Condemning Al jazeera, BBC and CNN is not a way to go. What will you rather allow us to watch? |
