First, Party isn't synonymous to individual. Sink that into your skull. When it comes to infrastructure, Buhari tried a bit. What spoilt his government was killer herdsmen/bandits insecurity (insecurity is tied with economy btw). That won't change under Atiku. Sink that into your skull.
