I just need a sister by all means.


I don't have a sister born by my mother. Now that my cousin sister is away, I have to start learning how to do the dishes, sweep the compound and mop the room but cooking is a no no for me. I'm not a chef.

Your parents did not give you proper training. I have no sister (female sibling) and no female has ever lived in my parents' house to help with chores. I and my 3 brothers know how to clean the house and cook. It is painful not to have an opposite sex as sibling. But it has nothing to do with your inability to cook. Some guys that have no sister cannot cook while some guys that have many sisters can cook.

Why should you regret ?? Na you de mould pikin for stomach? God gave ur mother "you" u should be grateful. Some families can neither boast of a male or even female child. Meanwhile,i have 3 sisters, come carry one

Females relatives around can be fun and they can make life easy for you at times
Although they have annoying characters like manipulative, dramatic, entittled, possesive, stubborn, clingy, emotional, billing and a while lot but most times they are sweet

I have 5 sisters and I can still cook very well.

You are just lazy and that can be as a result of your upbringing, having a sister or not doesn't translate to being totally useless chore wise..

We are all boys in my family and that doesn't mean our mother will pick up the broom to sweep or do other house chores simply because she has no female child. In fact there's a penalty for anyone who fails to do the chores assigned to him,so you go think twice before you start forming SON.

@Op how old are you? And do you live with your parents (Mum precisely)?

Your guidance didn't discipline you well as a child.

What is wrong/hard with washing dishes you ate from? Or sweeping your own compound? And cleaning the toilet and rooms in your home?. Your mum can take the responsibility for cooking as well.

You also have to start contributing the little you have for upkeep in the house in order to earn respect from your parents.

I also deduced you must be very lazy. Having a sister is invalid here. Seek caution man before your laziness ruins you!.
