Cuz the flower will be messing the other man's compound

In the compound I lived when I was in Abuja, the tenants planted a mango tree by the fence within our compound. I met the fully grown mango tree, half of the branches was in our compound, the other half was in the neighbors compound. When the mango tree produce fruits, we only plucked from the branches in our compound. We didn't even bother to know whether the other half had mango fruit, let alone finding out whether the neighbors were plucking them. It was simply common sense that the neighbors can pluck the fruits in the part of the tree that grew into their compound.

With the current hunger situation plaguing the entire country, I believe that if you don't do something fast about that plantain, you might wake up one morning and discover that it has miraculously disappeared.

No, he cannot harvest it because it's not his plantain, eventhough gravity pushed the harvest into the neighbours compound.
