Shrimp and liver sounds cool too.

Isn't 10 minutes too short for the tomato to cook? I'm always scared if I fry too short it will end up tasting raw

This particular video is for quick, affordable yet delicious Jollof rice. I used green and red bell peppers, spring onions and fresh tomatoes as the vegetables.

No broth added. The fried sausages gave it's own flavour.

I fried the tomatoes and peppers for only 10 minutes considering it's not much like the quantity for stew. And no tin tomatoes, so the raw taste won't take long to go.
